The hotel thinks of the smallest details to make your stay more comfortable. From welcome snacks all the way to amenities that are not the bare minimum. The restaurant was incredible as well. Superb experience!

Tolle Stadt - tolles Hotel!

Die Lage war natürlich perfekt. Man ist sofort im Getümmel. Leider ist es daher aber auch nachts sehr laut.
Außerdem war das Zimmer sauber und die elektrischen Vorhänge waren beim Schlafen sehr praktisch, da sie den Raum sehr gut abdunkeln konnten. Die Klimaanlage war auch sehr gut positioniert.

Die Lautstärke in den Zimmern und dass es aufgrund des Teppichs ein bisschen unangenehm gerochen hat, wenn man den Raum betrat.

Location, friendly staff, lovely but cheap breakfast

Facilities are just too old. Switches are close to malfunctioning, all the plugs on the wall are loose and crooked, shower gel has to be removed from the holder so it can be properly used, the sealing of the shower door is also close to broken.

Location is good. Room was decent. Staff members mostly helpful and polite, except two of them (I would elaborate).

The hotel and it's staff is generally good. Our experience were ruined by two front desk ladies.

There were flushing problems with the toilet. The overnight duty staff timely arranged relief room for us. He said he had no authority for changing the rooms and would leave a reminder for the manager's follow-up on the next morning.

There was no news from the hotel until we came up to the front desk at about 10:00 after breakfast. We were "greeted" by two ladies and were told the relief room was of higher class than our booking so we must move back by 12:00nn (the normal check-out time), while repair works were still underway. We initially declined but the ladies insisted we must move by noon. After minutes of negotiation the ladies agreed us to leave the bags in the relief room. Hotel would move for us after repair completion.

We returned in the evening and was told the bags had been moved back. But the toilet problems persisted. The night shift front desk swiftly arranged another relief room.

The following morning, the "greeting" lady met us outside the cafe after we had breakfast. She said problems fixed and asked us to move back. We declined, as it would be our 4th move in 24 hours! This time she said ok because this relief room was of lower class. There would be no refund because we declined to move back. What the fxxking hexx!

Très bon hôtel, très bien placé pour l’aéroport et les visites

Personnel très gentil, chambre très propre, belle vue, très calme, restaurant sur place très bon, emplacement parfait pour les transports et visites a pieds

La partie chambre est un peu petite mais la salle de bain grande, une très belle vue et pas de bruit

Me gustó mucho la atención por parte del personal que trabaja allí. Nos fuimos un viernes a las 5 am porque teníamos que coger el avión, y nos prepararon dos cajas de desayuno para que nos los lleváramos y pudiésemos comer algo. Han sido muy amables y antentos.
