Loved our stay and the staff really made us feel welcome

Loved the island and the smallness of the resort being only five villas so not overcrowded and it gave you a chance to get to know other guests.
The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. They were always there if you needed anything at all.
Food was really nice and loved the fact that all food and drinks were included in the price so you didn't have to pay for anything extra (except massages) while you were there

There were a few minor issues in our room that were either rectified or didn't affect our stay. I think the rooms could do with a bit of maintenance as some things didn't work properly but with a bit of TLC would make the rooms even more inviting.

Die Cocktails werden nur von 17.00-19.00Uhr serviert, somit ist es nicht möglich als Nachtisch oder Schlummertrunk noch einen zu erhalten. Bier und Wein ist jedoch immer verfügbar.

US Survival Team war an den Dreharbeiten einer neuen Staffel, somit waren viele Inseln und Gebiete für Touristen gesperrt.

Tadrai was Paradise. We were treated as family, not just guests.

Tadrai was Paradise. We loved everything from the arrival serenade to the farewell ceremony. Nancy, Rocky, Cassie, Asa and every staff member were so kind. The food, activities, facilities were perfect. We look forward to returning one day.

Nothing could have been better other than staying longer

The only thing we truly liked about this place was the staff every single one of them was amazing, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was a complete disappointment and a waste of money.

The resort is extremely dirty and very old. There is clearly no proper cleaning or maintenance being done. The facilities are tired, unhygienic, and poorly kept. On top of that, the resort consists of only the villas and a small restaurant area — there is absolutely nothing else to do if you have to stay in.

The picnic day trips were just okay but still disappointing. The containers and facilities used were dirty and old, and after being taken there, you are simply left with a very basic, simple lunch. It did not match the price or expectations at all.

We paid AUD 13,346 for 7 nights, and we couldn’t even stay for the full duration. We had to move to another resort, which was much cheaper and 1,000 times better in every aspect.

I do not recommend this place at all. It feels like a scam for the price they charge.

Everything was bad except the staff

We had a beautiful time, perfect location, excellent food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to the boat crew for their outstanding service.

There were only two minor things we noticed. The room could benefit from some updating, and the restaurant service, while kind, could be a bit more proactive and quicker, so guests don’t need to ask repeatedly.

An absolutely stunning location but a terribly managed resort that is barely meeting the standards of a 3 star hotel.

The location is absolutely spectacular and the access to islands around the resort was amazing. This is quite honestly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

There were some key aspects that were simply unacceptable. Firstly we picked this resort for its exclusivity and the villas were supposed to be private. Unfortunately this was not the case. You could not sit in your villa , pool or balcony and have a single moment of privacy as the staff were constantly up and down in front of the villa. They were picking up things from the boat coming in or just simply wandering past to do things around the property or to go and play volleyball. This is a management issue as it has obviously become the norm that staff simply walk past the villas all the time. The boat that is used to ferry people around and bring people to the island also comes in to the property in front of the 4 beach villas. This means that guests are coming and going in front of the villas. There needs to be a different location found for the boat to come in, there is plenty of space in front of the helicopter pad and a part to access this. One day for nearly two hours the staff were ferrying the hotel supplies past the villas. The managers need to address the issue of staff walking past and the staff need to be taught to walk on the walkway behind the villas to ensure guest have privacy. This is such a basic management issue but for us it totally ruined our time at the resort. All we wanted was to be able to have our privacy when we are in our villa. This resort is charging the same prices as the Maldives and other resorts around the globe, and this would simply never happen under good hotel management.
The second major issue was the food and beverage. This is an all inclusive property which advertises as having great food. Quite frankly the food was terrible for most of our stay. It was both inedible and there was no fresh salad (the only thing close to a salad was cabbage and carrots sliced up with no dressing) served in the full 8 days we were there. I also fell sick one day due to food poisoning.

Staff are great but the facility is in need of a refresh. The beach is hard to swim due to rocks and severe low tide. The wifi is weak and drops constantly. Feels like the owners need to re-invest to keep this a ‘premium’ experience. This is no reflection on the staff - they are wonderful.

This was our honeymoon and we could not have had a more magical experience. From Asa’s strong and serving presence to Vica’s joy and sweet spirit to Rocky’s happy fun attitude and his knowledge of the island and tradition. Absolute perfect honeymoon. We feel like family and would consider coming back in the future!!!

Everything was kept clean and comfortable on a daily basis.

The staff at the tadrai resort were second to none , the activities were such a great addition to our stay , the food was remarkably well put together and the staff were such kind and helpful people! Hands down the best resort ive been too in a long time
